What is a delivery partner?
Delivery partners are independent drivers who will work with us to meet our logistic needs.
What mode of transportation is required?
A Delivery partner can use any mode of transportation i.e
- Motor vehicle
- Trucks
- Motorbike
- Bicycle
What are the requirements?
This is a good opportunity to make a passive income. Here are the minimum requirements;
- Background check.
- High school certificate.
- Reliable mode of transportation.
- All the required licenses.
- Fluency in the national language.
- Any references.
Guidelines and adherance.
We understand even the experienced delivery partners sometimes encounter unforeseen setbacks. Our goal is to meet the expectations of our customers and partners.
We need reliable partners who can commit to cater to our logistic needs. In a bid to provide great customer service, we urge delivery partners to keep the cancellations minimal. If there is a pattern of repeated abuse with no solutions, your account may be suspended or permanently deactivated.
- Additionally, if you have 4 cancellations within 7 days your account will be suspended.
- 4 consecutive suspensions will result to account deactivation.
- Your account will be deactivated if you have 15 consecutive cancellations within 30 days.
- Repeated failure to deliver or the packages getting lost will also prompt to your account being suspended or deactivated.

If I don't get selected, will I need to apply again?
No. You don’t need to apply again. We will retain your application in our records and reach out to you when there is a suitable fit.
Can I choose my preferred area of operation?
Yes. You can choose which area you would like to operate. Within :-
- 25 miles
- 50 miles
- 75 miles
- Intercity
- Inter-region
- Inter country
Is it a full time requirement?
As a delivery partner, you have full control of your time. Whether it is part time commitment or not ready to make a commitment in order to attend to other affairs, we have taken that into consideration.
We require a completion of the period you commit to. For example if you choose to work only 2hrs from 7pm to 9pm, you are required to complete those hours.

What is a warehouse partner?
Warehouse partners are independent shop owners in strategic locations who will work with us by providing package storage for in transit or final destination package centers.
What kind of storage is required?
- Refrigiration storage
What are the requirements?
This is a good opportunity to make a passive income. Here are the minimum requirements;
- Background check.
- All the required licenses.
- Fluency in the national language.
- Any references.
- The spaces should be separate sections dedicated just for Toka Express packages.
- The shipping center should be open for business during the designated business hours.
- There should be an attendant to cater for shipping process i.e receiving, documenting and dispatching services.
- The center should be secure.
- There should be a decal clearly identifying provision of Toka Express Services.
